Flipsnack currently offers a 14-day free trial that grants new users access to almost all premium features. After the trial ends, users currently lose access abruptly, but the system does not automatically assign them a working free plan because the old Freemium plan was deprecated.
To restore a smooth and consistent user experience, we will reactivate the Freemium plan, ensure compatibility with recent product updates, and automatically transition trial users to this plan at the end of their trial period.
This will also allow users to continue engaging with Flipsnack’s core functionality and act as a retention mechanism for future upgrades.
